Our jmtoto app installation and support notes
We provide Android APK access for supported devices, iOS browser access for Safari users, and a web-app route for users who prefer not to install a file. Our Android path starts from the account area, where users follow our download prompt and allow installation only from a trusted browser flow. Our iOS path uses browser access and home-screen saving. Our web-app route keeps the same account support logic for KYC, payment review, password recovery, and withdrawal-flow questions.

We ask users to download our Android APK only from the jmtoto account path shown after access review.
-
2
We ask users to install the file after checking browser permission, device storage, and certificate notice.
-
3
We ask users to register or log in with the same details used for KYC and payment support.

We ask users to start by checking account notices, slot schedules, and service messages before any session.
Our app path and browser path serve different needs. The app path can keep offline cache for some interface files, open saved pages faster after repeat use, and show push notifications when the user allows device notices. The browser path is useful for users who want less device storage use and a direct way to clear cache. We use both routes for slot schedules, daily and weekly tournament structures, and account messages, while live casino and sportsbook sections remain accessible through the same account menus.
Our device guidance is simple. We support modern Android devices, including Android 7 or later, and iOS devices, including iOS 12 or later, when the browser and security settings are current. Older devices may still open basic pages, but image loading, live studio previews, slot animation panels, and document upload tools may not behave in a stable way.
We see common install issues when unknown-source settings are blocked, when a browser download is interrupted, when storage is full, or when a device asks the user to review certificate trust. We do not ask users to ignore security warnings. We ask users to stop the install, check the source path, and contact our support team during business hours if the file path, account page, or browser notice does not match our instruction. We may ask for screenshots with private details covered.
We limit mobile permissions to service needs such as notifications, storage access for uploads, and browser session handling. Our account security practice connects the device record with username, email, mobile number, KYC status, and payment references from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. We may pause account changes when login signals, recovery requests, and payment ownership do not match. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.
